About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a Teller and Customer Service Specialist, you will be the foundation of our customer service, providing excellent service, accurately processing financial transactions, and promoting our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Accurately process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Promote First Horizon's financial products and services to meet the needs of our clients
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient transactions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with a 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
