About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Upsell and promote products and services to customers, increasing sales and driving revenue growth.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 pounds, and move merchandise as needed.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
