Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant III to join our Rehab Services department at Trinity Health. This role will provide general oversight of administrative functions, including daily scheduling, inventory control, and timekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain good rapport and cooperative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
  • Assume responsibility for performance of job duties in the safest possible manner, to assure personal safety and that of coworkers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Rehab Services Department Director and Manager, including timekeeping, inventory/supply management, and scheduling meetings.
  • Identify and assist in resolution of problems related to safety, sanitation, and maintenance of the environment.
  • Practice effective communication in all interactions and promote a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school education, Associate Degree or Business education, or equivalent of 7 years of administrative support experience.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and coworkers.
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail when typing and preparing various documents.
  • Computer skills necessary to learn and use a variety of hardware and software.
  • Writing skills necessary to compose agenda and minutes from various meetings.
  • Organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate a variety of projects and processes.
