The successful candidate will provide exceptional support in calendaring, event planning, and data analysis, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide calendaring support for the CHRO to effectively manage workload and projects.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics and communication with stakeholders.
- Analyze data from survey responses and reports to inform project decisions.
- Schedule coaching sessions, follow-up meetings, and other events on behalf of the CHRO.
- Engage in committee meetings to ensure thorough notes, follow-up, and documentation.
- Develop communication drafts for the CHRO's review and approval.
- Design and distribute surveys using Survey Monkey or similar tools.
- Research and recommend event locations and logistics.
- Consolidate feedback from multiple sources to finalize documents.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar HR support role is preferred.
- Experience handling confidential information and understanding HR processes is preferred.
- Expert-level experience with Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other related systems.
- Ability to prioritize and respond efficiently to requests.
- Strong organizational skills using electronic resources.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and proactively anticipate needs.
- Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback to enhance departmental leadership and performance.
