Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cardiac Ultrasound Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures, including 2D ECHO's, Stress Echo's, Bubble Studies, Holters, and EKG's.
Responsibilities- Maintain good rapport and cooperative relationships with patients, physicians, and colleagues.
- Perform cardiac ultrasound and stress echocardiograms following American Society of Echocardiography (ASE) guidelines.
- Assist with department patient workflow and facilitating throughput by starting IV's, etc. as needed.
- Maintain Intersocietal Commission for the Accreditation of Echocardiography Laboratories (ICAEL) standards.
- Registry or registry eligible with certification obtained within one year of hire date.
- Completion of a formal program in diagnostic medical sonography or experience with current registry status.
- Excellent skills in communication, team building, problem solving, and analysis of department activities.
