  • Guide your team in identifying and nurturing validated opportunities, ensuring a focus on those that deliver value to clients and profitability for Schneider Electric.
  • Oversee post-sales customer satisfaction and identify new avenues for expanding sales opportunities.

Reporting Structure:

Qualifications for Success:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a digital sales or solution environment, with a solid understanding of SaaS and recurring service business models.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams effectively.
  • Strong sales acumen and expertise in value-based pricing strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery, R&D, and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Exceptional time management and analytical capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with EIC/ISO 62443 Certification and Cybersecurity frameworks is advantageous.
