Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Call Center Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients and caregivers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Route calls to the correct department or responsible party, ensuring efficient resolution of issues.
  • Assist patients and caregivers with cancellations and rescheduling of appointments, minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Manage waitlists and scheduled appointments, proactively reaching out to fill scheduling gaps and optimize performance.
  • Review and monitor authorization requirements prior to scheduling appointments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, providing empathetic support and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in ongoing training and learning opportunities, staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor call center metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
