Tucci Learning Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to large pro-channel customers for commercial projects outside of the retail store setting.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Build and maintain relationships with customers by promoting our company's mission, vision, and values at all times.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the building industry in the area serviced by our store location as well as state-of-the-art product knowledge in the building materials industry.
• Work with customers to identify and provide solutions to their product needs while ensuring that the customer receives best-in-class service in every respect.
• Work with management to regularly research data and trends to ensure market competitiveness.
• Work with all levels within the company to identify, analyze, and solve problems that affect profitability and customer relations within the assigned area, and develop and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
• Set and achieve challenging sales goals.
• Work in the community to assure a professional image for our company.
• All other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalency; college degree a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building materials industry preferred.
• Proven success in outside sales.
• Knowledge of building materials and the building materials industry.
• Knowledge of the building industry in the specified area.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Computer literacy and knowledge of current office technology.
• Ability to find, develop, and maintain effective customer relationships.
