About the Role

Cleveland Clinic's Taussig Cancer Center is a leading cancer treatment center, and we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our M70/M71 Lymphoma and Myeloma units. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and be part of a supportive environment where everyone excels and is valued for what they bring to our multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to adult patients undergoing targeted cancer and radiation therapies
  • Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to diagnose and treat various malignancies and hematologic diseases
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, monitoring patient progress and adjusting plans as needed
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
  • Minimum one year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
