RN - Acute Care Lymphoma Myeloma PRN

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Acute Care Lymphoma and Myeloma Unit. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide Direct Nursing Care: Implement and monitor patient care plans, assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess and Coordinate Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and Record Patient Condition: Continuously monitor patient condition, record and communicate patient data, and implement changes to care plans as needed.
- Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Certifications: Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN), Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA), and other relevant certifications.
- Experience: Two years of recent related nursing experience, with a focus on acute care and lymphoma/myeloma treatment.
