Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Lymphoma Myeloma Unit at Cleveland Clinic. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the advancement of cancer treatment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with lymphoma and myeloma, including administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition, and documenting patient information.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural background.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest cancer treatments and research.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
