Customer Service Manager, Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team in Tinton Falls, NJ. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving sales growth.
Job Responsibilities- Sales & Omni: Supports in driving sales and retail/omni-channel KPI target achievement by analyzing daily sales trends and making real-time strategic business decisions.
- Brand Image & Customer Experience: Trains teammates to provide a service/selling culture unique to Under Armour, ensuring customers receive detailed information about a wide selection of products.
- Retail Operations: Leads teammates in executing daily operations aligning with UA process and policies, maintaining standards covering merchandise and floor sets, and adhering to Loss Prevention policies.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 1 year experience: In a sports/apparel & footwear retail environment, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Qualifications: Advanced numeracy, literacy, and advanced communication skills; fluent in local language and basic verbal English skills; proficient in use of computers and other technology.
- Availability: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
