  • Provide comprehensive support for Windows 10 and assist with migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation of all support activities.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with Windows 10 support.
  • Strong verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with Help Desk operations.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills and understanding of IT support processes.

Work Environment: This role will be conducted in a healthcare-like environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols. The technician will be responsible for setting up and supporting workstations in a manner that prioritizes safety and efficiency.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Help Desk operations is preferred.
