We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients
  • Promote the value of our services and products, and educate clients on new and expanded services
  • Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
  • Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
