Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every client feels valued and understood
- Promote the benefits of Total Body Care by educating clients on new services and selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program
- Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and phone/email outreach
