Job Description

The Clinical Nurse Program Supervisor plays a critical role in quality improvement efforts at Ridgeview. As a leader on our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will collect, track, trend, and monitor data, reviewing outcomes and compliance while identifying opportunities for improvement. You will utilize critical thinking skills to present findings and make recommendations to our healthcare team. In this role, you will also serve as a clinical case manager, conducting new admission assessments as census dictates, and complete clinical record reviews for current and new admissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a current CA license as a registered nurse (BSN preferred), with a minimum of three years supervisory experience. You should be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong clinical and critical thinking skills. The ability to effectively communicate and present data to the interdisciplinary committee is essential. Additionally, demonstrated competence with the use of electronic medical records and the ability to flex your schedule based on facility needs are required.
