Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Director at Aureon, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of the telecommunications and IT networking industry, as well as excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in your territory.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Aureon's products and services.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, showcasing your technical expertise and business acumen.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in telecommunications or IT networking sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to analyze market competition and profitability, willingness to travel, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Education: MBA or equivalent degree.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in telecommunications or IT networking sales.
