Role Overview: The Healthcare Relationship Manager is strategically aligned with the communities served by our clinics, focusing on the development and maintenance of robust relationships within the healthcare sector while effectively sourcing referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our extensive range of services, acting as a subject matter expert.
  • Design and implement business development strategies and initiatives, including conducting market research.
  • Evaluate industry trends within assigned territories to assess potential business impacts.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify successes and areas for improvement, continuously refining activities and strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Meet or surpass established objectives within designated territories.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and maintain collaborative partnerships across the organization.
  • Oversee the marketing calendar using digital tools.
  • Timely submission of reports through online marketing platforms.
  • Engage in travel to connect with and support partners in the healthcare community.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficient conflict resolution abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • High level of integrity, including the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Development, Economics, Finance, or Marketing preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Business Development and Marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in pain management.
