Venue Maintenance Associate

As a vital member of our team, you will ensure the venue's cleanliness, safety, and sanitary conditions. Your interactions with team members, guests, and supervisors will reflect our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Proactively address the needs of team members and guests.
  • Offer assistance, training, and support to fellow staff.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage offerings as well as general venue information.
  • Ensure compliance with health department regulations.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols established by Tao Group Hospitality.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the venue.
  • Manage the proper disposal and storage of waste and soiled items.
  • Keep walkways clear and free of debris through regular sweeping and mopping.
  • Utilize cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and effectively.
  • Set up sanitation stations and perform opening and closing tasks as directed by management.
  • Participate in daily pre-service meetings and training sessions.
  • Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive work environment.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:

  • Completion of Tao Group Hospitality in-venue Porter training.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Basic proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or nightlife setting is preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
