  • Teamwork: Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Adaptability: Cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store, including the Backroom, Front End, Sales Floor, and Restrooms.
  • Operational Excellence: Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively.
