Role Responsibilities:

Live Nation is looking for a Cleaning/Maintenance Services Manager to oversee all cleaning operations within the venue, ensuring a pristine, safe, and organized environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Recruiting, training, supervising, and providing guidance to cleaning staff to maximize guest satisfaction.
  • Organizing and leading staff meetings to relay essential information.
  • Coordinating and directing staff work assignments effectively.
  • Conducting thorough pre-event inspections of all venue areas to confirm cleanliness.
  • Arranging for the repair or replacement of damaged equipment as necessary.
  • Managing cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and replenished as needed.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
  • Participating in sustainability initiatives, which may involve implementing waste reduction programs and educating fans about our environmental efforts.
  • Collaborating with team members post-event to ensure the venue is properly closed, including collecting recyclables and storing event equipment.
  • Working with the scheduling payroll administrator to fulfill staffing requirements.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • The physical capability to perform tasks that include constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying weights exceeding 50 lbs.
