Job Description

SysMind Tech seeks an experienced Regional Client Success Manager to drive business growth and client success in the insurance domain. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in building customer relationships, influencing client strategy, and aligning business capabilities to maximize penetration in the region.

This role involves defining and executing strategic priorities to drive client business forward, acting as a conduit between the client and SysMind Tech. The Regional Client Success Manager will work closely with senior global stakeholders to define and execute priorities, building strong relationships with existing and new clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills and relationship development expertise, as well as a deep understanding of the insurance industry and its business strategy. They will be able to implement a cross-account team prospecting and client engagement strategy to ensure proactive engagement with the account, anticipating client needs and leveraging SLK expertise to develop both short- and long-term opportunities.

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The location for this role is flexible, but preference will be given to candidates based in the region where the company has a significant presence.

The Regional Client Success Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams in building unique client engagement approaches and a differentiated value proposition. They will also influence winning strategies in response to business opportunities or RFPs for large-scale deals and support excellence in delivery across all engagements by acting as an internal and external ambassador.

The ideal candidate will have a highly seasoned executive with strong Insurance Domain expertise and a deep understanding of business strategy and processes of larger manufacturing companies. They will be a natural leader and influencer, able to build relationships easily and engage with Senior Executives at client sites as a knowledge partner.
