Enterprise Strategy Consultant

We are an equal opportunity employer seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Strategy Consultant to join our team at Northwestern Mutual. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy and a proven track record of delivering high-impact work.
A competitive salary for this role is estimated to be between $139,370.00 and $258,830.00 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic conversations on client challenges and financial goals to inform industry-leading, innovative ways to drive client acquisition, deepen engagement, and build intergenerational relationships with clients
- Build a learning agenda and deliver in collaboration with research, insights, and analytics teams
- Spearhead conversations with our top financial advisors to understand best practices and build strategies that are accretive to the advisor and client relationship
