As a Marketing Strategy Consultant at AnalogFolk Group, you will be working closely with our team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in New York and contribute to the development of groundbreaking marketing campaigns that inspire and motivate consumers.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with a strong background in marketing strategy, digital-first communications, and social content development. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of brand and communications strategies that lead to breakthrough work, as well, as experience in managing multiple suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure the best outcome for both the client and AnalogFolk Group.

This role requires strategic thinking, unique concept development, effective communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will be able to create an environment that encourages the development of concepts through problem-solving, actively express support for creative thinking, and build commitment among direct reports and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with Executive and Senior clients

- Develop and grow AnalogFolk Group's reputation within the clients' organizations

- Create a positive and productive environment within the AnalogFolk team and with our clients

- Motivate a high-performing team

- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business environments and consumer needs

- Drive clients' business forward through innovative work that inspires and motivates consumers

- Ensure delivery of high-quality work for all clients

- Design and deliver a portfolio team shape and skills plan

- Identify, engage, convert, and scale new opportunities within client relationships

- Set and deliver on client portfolio revenue and profit targets

The ideal candidate will have a strong appetite for business acumen and the ability to drive the client portfolio forward. They will also possess a highly articulate communication style, accomplished presentation skills, and the ability to champion and foster innovative ways of solving problems.

Apart from the above responsibilities, this role will require the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accurate records and files.

This position offers a salary range of $160,000 - $210,000 per year.
