Job Description:

The role of a Strategic Business Partner in the Insurance domain is crucial for driving growth and success with our clients. This position operates across the region, particularly with senior global stakeholders to define and execute priorities that move client businesses forward.

This role serves as a strategic business partner, providing a conduit between the client and SysMind Tech. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy and processes of large manufacturing companies, as well as expertise in solution development and relationship building.

**Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive overall business growth with a focus on increasing revenue and profitability in accordance with set targets.
  2. Build strong and long-term relationships with existing and new clients, maintaining responsibility for SysMind Tech's relationships with client key commercial audiences, procurement, and other applicable functions.
  3. Influence client strategy and position SysMind Tech as a strategic partner by positioning thought leadership and innovation aligned to client strategic priorities.
  4. Implement a cross-account team prospecting and client engagement strategy to ensure proactive engagement of the account by anticipating client needs and leveraging SysMind Tech expertise to develop both short- and long-term opportunities.
  5. Lead cross-functional teams in building unique client engagement approaches and a differentiated value proposition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A highly seasoned executive with strong Insurance Domain expertise and a deep understanding of business strategy and processes of large manufacturing companies.
  • Natural leader and influencer who builds relationships easily.
