Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, customized client portals, and resolving issues.
  • Assist with data collection from prospective clients and prepare financial documents for client meetings.
  • Manage client account records across various custodial platforms and maintain accurate client information in Salesforce and other programs.
  • Support office activities, including drafting professional emails and letters, filing, and mailings.
  • Schedule client meetings and events, and represent the firm professionally both inside and outside the office.
Requirements
  • Strong financial services experience, preferably in wealth management, with a focus on customer service and relationship-building.
  • Superior organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn firm tech systems and implement them into the advisor's practice.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Series 7 and/or 65 licenses preferred.
