Job Summary

The Senior Client Service Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service to identified clients, handling day-to-day service needs, and collaborating with the Hylant team to build innovative solutions. This role requires a consistent platform of service, resulting in client retention and growth, while building long-term relationships with clients and vendor partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a middle market commercial book of business in direct support of the Real Estate vertical operations.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and thoughtful service to clients by meeting or exceeding client needs.
  • Finding and placing quality programs with competitive pricing and favorable terms for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records within Epic (agency management system).
  • Analyze programs, coverages, loss runs, and pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client and vendor partners.
  • Serve as a mentor and influential leader to other service team members.
