  • Creating and submitting punch item orders in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating schedules with OAC to ensure accurate and timely delivery and installation.
  • Creating and maintaining project schedules.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in computer programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a positive manner, technically and professionally, through all means of communication.
  • Experience negotiating with clients and vendors.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and structural plans.
  • Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies to improve processes.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in interior design is desirable.
  • Experience in the commercial furniture industry is desirable.
