Programmatic Account Strategist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Account Strategist to join our team at HealthLink Dimensions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts with a primary focus on agencies and advertising platforms within the programmatic ecosystem.

The successful candidate will be a collaborative partner with all other departments to ensure consistent processes are being adhered to and will be a proactive communicator regarding best practices for existing accounts. A high level of teamwork and exceptional customer service are required to deliver seamless performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify ways to grow agency & programmatic platform current accounts.
  • Work with Product Management to help define features and drive enhancements to HLD's programmatic data sets & go to market strategy.
  • Oversee customer account management, including client budget management, explanation of costs, negotiation (when applicable), and contract terms.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of HealthLink Dimensions' solutions per customer needs and objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Collaborate with sales and client experience team to achieve quotas while keeping clients engaged and satisfied with products and services.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Familiarity with all products and services offered by HealthLink Dimensions.
  • Continuously pursue knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital advertising industry.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc).
  • Collaborative mindset and team-player.
  • MS Office experience required.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Live in the Philadelphia or Metro NYC Area.
  • Bachelor's degree required (Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and digital advertising industry.
