About the Job

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sr. Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of the automotive and mobility industry.

The Sr. Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue for our company. This will involve building strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Management: Develop and implement a commercial strategy that meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.
  • Quotations & Order Management: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quotations and orders to meet customer expectations.
  • New Acquisition & Price Negotiations: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate prices with Tier customers.
  • Collaboration with OE Sales Teams: Work closely with original equipment (OE) sales teams to ensure alignment on business strategies and customer requirements.
  • Account Receivables Management: Monitor and manage account receivables to ensure timely payment from customers.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a commercial sales role in the automotive or mobility space.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
