Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC is a leading environmental services company seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Oil Sales and Service Representatives. As a Class B Route Driver Oil, you will operate a tanker truck, collecting waste oil from various locations, including automotive dealerships, manufacturing facilities, oil change companies, and maintenance facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect waste oil from customer locations
  • Operate a Class B tanker truck
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet sales targets and grow your own book of business

What We Offer:

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for current CDL holders, $1,000 sign-on bonus for non-CDL holders
  • First six months' pay guarantee of a minimum of $1,100 per week for CDL holders, $900 per week for non-CDL holders
  • Guaranteed increases once CDL is obtained
  • Competitive weekly base pay + commission

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have or be qualified to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and Med Card with Airbrake and HAZMAT
  • Motor vehicle record (MVR) that meets or exceeds HCC's published standards
