Job Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling clients, qualifying, and setting up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom to help them apply for an insurance policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This is a commission-based sales position with a 5% raise in commission every two months based on production.
  • Agents will call clients, qualify, and set up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom and help them apply for an insurance policy.
  • Must hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain one with help from Lamarque Agency.
  • Access to the internet and Zoom capabilities is required.

Compensation:

  • We provide training, support, and mentorship.
  • Warm leads are available, and no cold calls are required.
  • The average commission is around $500-600 per application.
  • Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week.
