Customer Support Team Lead

At Homage, we're seeking a seasoned Customer Support Team Lead to join our operations team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for directing and overseeing team members, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and developing programs to enhance productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer support agents to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and resolution rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
