Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Analytical Development (AD)-Biologics/Advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMP) department in Cambridge, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and qualify analytical methods using liquid chromatography (LC) and/or electrophoresis techniques for the separation and characterization of protein therapeutics and AAV-based gene therapies.
  • Participate in method development utilizing novel separation technologies and approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process development and product characterization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or related disciplines.
  • College-level courses in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and lab skills.
  • Previous lab research experience, internship, or co-op experience is preferred.
  • Basic lab skills including pipetting, buffer preparation, protein sample handling, and preparation.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
