Job Summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Financial Account Representative to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for managing an assigned portfolio of clients, including receiving and processing invoices and related documentation per procedural and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to financial clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Regularly update account information to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including product or service reports, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide daily funding and handle collections for assigned customers, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their financial obligations.
  • Perform risk assessments and implement procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage product or service issues, including clarifying the issue, determining the cause, creating a solution, expediting the correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Answer product and service questions, suggest information about other products and services, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred; or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Detail-oriented with analytical and technical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the financial industry a plus.
  • Bilingual skills with fluency in Spanish and English are a must (must be able to speak, read, and write both languages).
