Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Fastwyre Broadband. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Product and Service Promotion: Promote our products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
  3. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve customer issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
Working Conditions

This role requires:
