Customer Service Representative

Steadily is a leading insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We're a rapidly growing organization with a strong focus on delivering fast, affordable insurance and paying claims quickly and fairly.
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Client Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class, end-to-end experiences for our customers, both insureds and independent agencies, that drive brand loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to high-volume inbound requests from customers to address servicing requests for active policies.
- Handle post-bind servicing requests that require a license to handle, including premium-bearing endorsements, rewriting policies for effective date changes, and discussing underwriting action notices with customers.
- Process servicing requests across multiple insurance carrier systems and maintain updated records in our agency and document management system (Salesforce).
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing, as needed.
- Customer Service: You have direct experience working in a customer-facing role and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: You have above-average technical skills and can easily learn to navigate new systems and tools.
- Hungry: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your growth and are willing to roll up your sleeves and hustle.
- Solution Oriented: You're a problem solver who can figure out complex issues without explicit instructions.
- Self-Driven: You thrive under pressure and can manage a large workload with minimal oversight.
- A Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is not required to apply for this role, but we can work with you towards obtaining your license within 12 months of hire.
