Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and experienced Clinical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a significant portion of that time spent recruiting for clinical roles such as, Mid-levels (Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants), Registered Nurses (RNs), technicians, and Medical Assistants. Additionally, experience in recruiting for corporate roles such as accounting, customer care, and sales is advantageous.
This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to a tech start-up. The recruiter will be based in our Manhattan headquarters and will be on-site most days to collaborate with our clinical teams and ensure we provide the same level of exceptional service to our hiring managers as they do to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical positions for our NYC, PB, and other future locations.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the high standards of care and service required by Atria Physician Practice New York PC.
- Partner with the People team and company leadership to develop and iterate innovative recruiting strategies to attract, acquire, and retain top-tier clinical talent.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with significant experience in clinical recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for clinical roles such as APPs, RNs, Radiology Technicians, and Medical Assistants.
- Experience recruiting for corporate roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment similar to start-ups.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Experience and knowledge using LinkedIn recruiter.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service and hospitality.
