Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new accounts, arrange appointments, and present sales proposals to prospective clients
Formulate strategies to broaden the client portfolio and drive new account revenue
Engage directly with potential clients to negotiate agreements and finalize sales
Establish and nurture agency partnerships to achieve or surpass sales goals
Conduct continuous research to discover new agency prospects and evaluate their attributes

Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a comparable mix of education, training, and insurance expertise
Previous sales experience with a demonstrated history of success
Capability to handle multiple, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven objectives
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Strong skills in professional relationship-building and consultative selling

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience within the insurance sector
Knowledge of small commercial insurance offerings
Robust business insight and awareness of industry dynamics
Ability to utilize technological solutions for recruitment and sales initiatives
Experience with consultative sales methodologies
