Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in IT projects, assess procurement requirements, and coordinate the acquisition and leasing of IT-related products and services.
  • Examine and process purchase orders, project invoices, maintenance renewals, and subscriptions to ensure accuracy and adherence to billing protocols.
  • Maintain vendor relationships, provide customer service support, and participate in vendor discussions.
  • Adhere to established protocols for negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with vendors and assist in the negotiation of contract agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), and renewal contracts to accommodate changes in scope or organizational needs.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles and apply this knowledge to support job functions.
  • Offer backup assistance to the IT Procurement Manager and escalate issues as necessary.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
  • Familiarity with Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and standard contract terms, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), software contracts, SOWs, and project engagements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong skills in negotiation, analysis, and organization.
  • A professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively representing the firm while cultivating strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, multi-priority environment.
