Housing Development Finance Opportunity

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of housing development projects, including funding strategies, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support housing development projects.
  • Manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Housing Development Manager to align financial planning with project timelines and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management.
  • Experience in non-profit financial management, including service programs and housing development finance.
