Job Title: Compliance Culture

Madison-Davis, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Culture professional to support the development and implementation of our Culture Program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating Culture Program events, activities, and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Provide project management support for Culture Program initiatives, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and following up on action items.
  • Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to draft communications that support the Culture Program's initiatives and communications strategy, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with various stakeholders across the organization to ensure the smooth operation of culture-related events and initiatives, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Logistics Management: Manage the logistics of Culture program initiatives, including virtual event setup and coordination, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Training and Development: Contribute to the development of materials to support training initiatives and communication on Culture, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
  • Reporting: Produce relevant reporting for senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
  • Policy Development: Draft and edit procedures and other documents to support Culture Program and other Ethics Office policies, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
