Position Overview

We are currently seeking an Enrollment Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the selection and enrollment process of qualified applicants. You will lead campus tours for potential students and manage both incoming inquiries and outbound communications.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming inquiries and conducting outbound calls to prospective students.
  • Creating and executing strategies for generating referrals and leads, including outreach to current students and all contacts made.
  • Utilizing approved communication protocols and scheduling appointments with interested candidates.
  • Evaluating and interviewing potential students to understand their aspirations and requirements.
  • Delivering admissions presentations using company-sanctioned materials.
  • Conducting facility tours, emphasizing features and benefits that align with prospective student interests and program offerings.
  • Providing comprehensive and accurate descriptions of program offerings, ensuring prospective students can make informed enrollment decisions.
  • Following up on inquiries that do not result in scheduled interviews or attendance.
  • Enrolling eligible students as per the established criteria.
  • Implementing a follow-up strategy for all applicants to ensure they commence on their intended start date.
  • Completing all necessary enrollment documentation and arranging the Student Services Interview.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Experience in proprietary education admissions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Capability to engage with individuals from diverse social and economic backgrounds.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions.
  • A genuine interest in supporting others in achieving their life goals.
  • Goal-oriented, assertive, results-driven, energetic, and ethical.
  • Capacity to inspire and motivate others.
  • English is the primary language; bilingual skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
