We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Nursing Supervisor in a clinic setting. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

About the Job

Job Summary:

The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for planning, assigning, coordinating, and controlling nursing care and services for patients. As a mentor and leader, this individual will provide support, guidance, and training as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct nursing staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on new procedures and protocols.
About You

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • 3 years recent acute care RN experience in the same or a similar unit.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Previous charge nurse experience and/or 2 years relevant leadership experience.

Salary Range: $50.01 - $79.16 per hour.

The salary range is based on the base pay range for the position, and additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
