We are seeking an experienced Hospital Central Services Supervisor to join our team at the University of Washington. As a key member of our hospital's operational leadership, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless hospital functioning.

About the Role

\

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Hospital Manager. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing staff, inventory, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • \
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing day-to-day clinical operations, including scheduling and staffing;\
  • Collaborate with the Hospital Manager to create and maintain high-performance teams, ensure effective communication among departments, and promote a positive work environment;\
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize hospital efficiency and minimize waste;\
  • Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions;\
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documents, as required;\
  • Promote a culture of excellence, quality, and patient safety throughout the hospital.\

Compensation and Benefits
