Job Overview

Village Green is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee our 350+ unit multi-family property in the Cincinnati area. As a critical team member, you will maintain the highest standards of service and excellence while providing unparalleled experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company and client budget objectives
  • Supervise marketing, leasing, administrative, and maintenance functions
  • Develop and maintain strong resident and landlord relationships
  • Manage accounting and collections
  • Oversee day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Corporate Office and clients
  • Adhere to company policies, practices, and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Area Director to achieve property and company goals
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience managing 200+ unit properties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Social media savvy with creative marketing abilities
  • Motivational leadership skills
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multi-family property management, including supervisory experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors
  • Real estate license or ability to obtain within 120 days of employment (if required by state law)
