Industrial Facility Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Volvo Group. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving the value of our properties and facilities through close cooperation with stakeholders and suppliers/partners.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement property condition assessments and long-term maintenance plans to ensure the optimal use of our properties.
- Manage and coordinate remodeling and new construction projects related to the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of manufacturing and/or non-manufacturing properties.
- Control and follow up on performance accountability, providing expertise input and securing performance, business continuity, safety, quality, sustainability, cost control, efficiency, and property value over time.
- Support relevant scope in property transaction projects, defined per project.
- BS in Engineering or Building Systems or relevant diploma.
- 2-5 years of relevant property or project management experience in an industrial facility.
- Solid technical knowledge of building installation systems.
- Proficient skills in building construction methods/site infrastructure specifics.
- Knowledge of authorities' demands and property legislation.
- Experience of project management.
- Negotiating and financial knowledge, how to add business value.
- Good presentation skills.
- Fluent skills in English, written and spoken.
