Key Responsibilities

  • Work Order Completion: Timely completion of work orders and special projects to maintain the integrity of our properties.
  • Plumbing and Electrical Services: Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our residents.
  • Apartment Turns: Completion of apartment turns to ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Diagnosing problems and repairing issues in the areas of electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
  • Emergency Response: Responding to all service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager, ensuring timely and professional completion.
  • Exterior Maintenance: Assisting in maintaining the exterior of the property daily to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times.
  • Housekeeping and Snow Removal: Performing housekeeping duties as required, as well as snow removal during winter months, when needed.
  • Pools and Spas: Performing property maintenance of pools, spas, and pool areas if applicable.

Qualifications

  • HVAC Knowledge: Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and painting.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Plumbing, contracting, and builders' certifications and licenses are a plus.
