Job Description: We are seeking an Advanced Technical Support Expert to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our internal users through direct engagement on tickets, service level monitoring, and team mentorship.

About the Role: In this role, you will ensure that calls are monitored and tickets are resolved or updated within SLAs. You will also investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Performance: Monitor calls and ensure tickets are resolved or updated within SLAs
  2. Advanced Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and applications
  3. Incident Management: Handle complex incidents, service requests, and problems

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
