About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our business intelligence and analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in data warehouse and lake architecture development, as well as expertise in ETL integration tools like IICS, Informatica PowerCenter, and CDI/CAI Integration Services. You will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement robust and extensible ETL solutions using CDI/CAI services on IICS platform, UNIX/PowerShell.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the technical team in all technical aspects.
  • Engaging with business stakeholders and aligning others to your ideas and solutions.
  • Mentoring other technical team members.
  • Designing, developing, and implementing ETL solutions.
  • Partnering with business and subject matter experts to identify, document, and design technical solutions.
  • Managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
